Please join us as we welcome Dr. Alex Reed to the staff at VCA Old Town Animal Hospital! Dr. Reed is a 2004 graduate of Virginia-Maryland Regional College of Veterinary Medicine. She has lived locally for years – even had a first career working “on the Hill” in Washington DC. Dr. Reed’s true love is cats; she worked as a feline only practitioner for 3 years before returning to general practice. At VCA Old Town she will see dogs, cats and exotics equally, performing exams, surgeries and dental cleanings just as our other doctors. Dr. Reed and her family have two cats, Joshua (better known as “Boo Boo”) and Miss Tortie, (better known as “Bunny”). Outside of work she enjoys her family and whatever activities come along for them! We look forward to introducing her to all our clients here at VCA Old Town!
